3. Purpose of the register
The purpose of the register is to maintain the supporter relationship, to inform about activity and to treat personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act for purposes related to the operation of Tikau Share. The information contained in the register is used for informing the customers and possibly for direct marketing in accordance with the Finnish Personal Data Act (523/1999).

Tikau Share does not disclose the information contained in the register to third parties.
Due to technical and data-related practical reasons, information may be retained on the servers of external service providers used by Tikau Share.
6. Principles of registry protection
The supporter register is treated as strictly confidential and is adequately protected from external reference. The register is stored in backup hard-copy format in a locked cabinet.
The register is used solely by persons within Tikau Share Ry’s organization whose job description permits them access to the information held by the register. Register access rights are granted and supervised by the person responsible for register matters. The obligation of confidentiality binds the persons handling customer records. Information is shared with or disclosed to third parties only subsequent to a statutory notification, such as a request by a customer or an official and legal authority.
