Tikau Share’s local partner Gobinda Dalai has been arranging some audio visual learning sessions for the children from our artisans’ village. Gobinda also reports that he recently visited a neighbouring village and discovered a school for 1st to 5th grade children that can’t even be reached by car. Gobinda has noticed that school attendance by the village children is sometimes irregular, and he has arranged a weekly Activity Based Joyful Learning Module focusing on girls aged 6 to 14. The local headmaster has been very cooperative and agreed to support these efforts.
